sit 不能单用,应该用 I have sat down或者I have sat down a chair,因为sit是及物动词,后面必须加宾语或者是状语（down是状语）.换句话说,你不能只说“我坐”,应该说“我坐下了” 或者 “我坐在了椅子上”
I have been seated 是正确的,因为seated形容的是一个状态（这里意为“坐下了”）.
