这是个从句咯...
两个句子分开来应该是:My brother is too young.He can't dress himself.
当这两个句子连在一起的时候,中间要加必要的连词来让句子通顺.所以在这种情况下,BCD都被排除.
如果是自己造句的话,可以写一句更简单的:My brother is too young to dress himself.too...to是固定词组,代表:太.而不能
