我在前面已经讲过，what is the thing?的回答都是the thing is what。因此what作宾语。但是matter这个单词在做问句回答的时候，它的回答方式和在其他情况时不一样，它的方式不是我们通常所说的the matter is what（宾语）。而是what（主语） is the matter.就像我前面所举例说明的一样， money is the matter.那你说这个时候what是什么成分，当然是主语了，所以在变名词性从句时不变语序。你自己看这两个句子:money is the matter(what is the matter?),her problem is money（what is her problem？）.看这两个问句，再看他们的回答方式。
