我觉得都是is 以前我们老师说根据of后面的名词确定谓语
population不是单数吗为什么是are

选的是 are
语法：分数或百分数后面如果是人口 population 的话,谓语动词用复数
你们老师说的没错,只是这是个例外,特殊记忆就好
再如：Two-thirds of students are playing football
Two-thirds of meat has been sold out

也就是说以后所有分数后面有population 谓语就用are不用is？
