用分数修饰名词后,谓语动词的单复数有那个受修饰的名词决定.单数名词或不可数名词后就是单数谓语,复数名词后就是复数谓语.

I think 后面省略了that . that引导宾语从句. 在宾语从句中又有定语从句I listened to at the begining of the exam。也就是说这句话其实是I think（that）three fourths of the materials are easy.
