seem to do sth 是一个短语哦哦，看起来怎么样，因为后面nevous 是形容词嘛，所以do 就替换为be 啦

咋说呢。。。
叫啥学名不敢说啊，可能是形式主语。常用的有 it seems to do sth，就是“好像怎么怎么了。。。”的意思
were和seem用一个主语，就是they
栗子么。。。It seems gonna rain tonight。
