When you are doing the translatoin job for a foreigner the most important thing is that you may have to know his/her business plan then,you could creat your own schedule for both of you and your client.
If it is necessary to travel along betwen few cities around China during the week then,you may have to make a travelling or visting plan including accommodation for his review first,it would be very helpful with this schedule during the week,by the way it would be much matter to communicate early of what his/her budget for this business trip could be.
And you may also have to know the main target of your client under this business trip.
The last thing is of course that you have to read some articles which are related to picture frame at least to knwo some professionl words.
