给ETS发了三封邮件,依然没有收到GRE电子准考证,连自动回复都没有.怎么办呢.

给ETS发了三封邮件,依然没有收到GRE电子准考证,连自动回复都没有.怎么办呢.
我九月中旬发的,陆续发了三封,到现在还没有任何回复,发的邮箱就是gre-info@ets.org,是不是地址改了?原文是这样的
Dear sir or madam:
I took part in the example in August 20,2010 ,15:00 ,at the 8507 test center.My name is Zhu Lili and my confirmation number is 8850000000486832.Till now,I have not received my licence and I do not know which test center I should go to take part in the section of verbal&math in October 23,2010.I think there must be some mistake during the mailing.
So could you please send me an E-mail to notice the information.
