in和by的意思很多,但在这里,意思还是很确定的.

因此,by是中文意义里面的,'用'、‘通过’,其实更确实的含义是"借助于.的帮助"
而这里的in,其实是指“按照某种安排或顺序”,所以译成“按照.方式（抽象的,不是某个具体的方法）”更合适.
因此in that way暗示是根据某种方式,逻辑或系统等,来学习的.换成by that way也可以,意思有所不同,”that way的帮助“是什么呢?逻辑上可以说的通,意思上有些含糊；
而by woking with students则不能换成in working with students,因为”working with students“是具体的行为方式,而不是某个安排顺序.
