Nowadays, there is an increasing tendency for us to learn more and more subjects. To be honest, my favorite one is English.
There is no denying that English has gain an increasing popularity. In fact, English is the most widespread language in the world. Without English, a country cannot communicate with other countries conveniently. Without English, companies cannot broaden their market. Without English, students cannot gain a choice to study abroad. It is English that helps us to talk to foreigners with a relaxed heart. English provides us with a stage, from which we can learn more about other cultures. What’s more, English always brings me a sense of success. There was a time when I was 6 years old, and my mother often taught me some new words in English. Everytime I learned a new word, my mother would kiss me and tell me that nobody could do such a good job like me. In a little kid’s heart, nothing could be better than a mother’s praise. Not only did it bring me a sense of success but also it built up my confidence.
