第一个空是先行词为resons的定语从句，从句内部缺少原因状语，故选择关系副词why； 第二个空是is后面的表语从句，从句内容结构均已经完整，that虽然仅起连接作用，但不能省略； 只剩CD选项了，看句子内容提示，前面说“中餐被认为是世界上最健康的饮食（the Chinese diet is considered to be the healthiest in the world ）”，那么原因之一应该是？？ C 富含植物纤维 还是D 含有大量脂肪？？？明显应该是C
