Dear new neighbor,
welcome to our neighborhood!I am glad to be your new neighbor.But there are something troubled me.
I often hear some terrible voice from upstairs at night,It has a bad effect on my life.First of all,I can't go fall asleep beacause you are very noisy.Besides,I often feel sleepy in my daytime beacause of the bad sleep-time yesterday.Last but not least,I am very tierd and I can't work as hardly as usually,that's warried me.
As far as I am concerned,if you can go to bed early?Don't be so noisy ,please?If help me,I think we will be good friends in the future.
