4 技术要求
4.1 选址原则

4.2.2 焚烧危险废物时,应对所需焚烧的危险废物进行配伍,以使其热值、主要有机有害组分含量、有机氯含量、重金属含量、硫含量、水分和灰分满足焚烧处置设施的设计要求,并尽可能保证入炉废物理化性质的稳定性.
4.2.3 焚烧医疗废物时,应根据所收集各类医疗废物的特征,控制入炉医疗废物的稳定性.
4.3 焚烧厂主体设施的技术要求
4.3.1 焚烧厂主体设施主要包括危险废物贮存设施、焚烧炉、焚烧炉排气筒等.
4.3.2 危险废物贮存要求
4.3.2.1 危险废物贮存应符合GB 18597 标准要求.

5 排放控制要求
5.1 2016 年6 月30 日前,现有危险废物焚烧设施排放烟气中污染物浓度执行GB18484—2001 中规定的限值.
5.2 自2016 年7 月1 日起,现有危险废物焚烧设施排放烟气中污染物浓度执行表2 规定的限值.
5.3 自2015 年7 月1 日起,新建危险废物焚烧设施排放烟气中污染物浓度执行表2 规定的限值.
