选C.A,没有as...than这种表达；B,student可数不能用 much;D,这种表达一般用于否定.你想的E也对.
区别就是：so many...as一般用于否定.而as many...as可以用于肯定,也可以用于否定.

so many n(pl.) as 用于否定句中，as many n(pl.)as 用于肯定句和否定句中。我觉得答案应该是C。一班的学生比二班的多。
A答案中than应该改为as吧，B答案中的much应该是用于不可数名词中，用as many, as应该也可以吧
