1）better.but说明后面有转折,即她跳的更好,well的比较级是better
2）b.in japan说明than后面的city是japan的,而shanghai是china 的,如果any other city 则表示前后的比较物在同1范围.试看2个简单的例子感受下
he is taller than any girl
he is taller than any other boy
句中的he和any other boy 同属于boy
