个人认为前面是现在进行时，后面this evening 是现在时。
It's the third time是一个主干完整的句子，只是省略了that，所以后面是修饰time的。应该用一般现在时。所以选phones。

我觉得应该是B。考点不应该是前面，因为后面有特定的时间限制this evening非常明确，这题似乎是蒙人的题，前面的都是虚的东西，看你上不上当
