Nowadays ,more and more people has realized that health is really much more important tnan anything else.Because for money we can get it again after losting,but for health,once destroyed,it would never be again.
So how to keep fit is worthing thinking.Firstly,we should develop a healthy life style,it benefits a lot to us.Secondly,a reasonable eating habit is also necessary.Then,what's more,doing exercises,is a great way to keep fit,it will give us more energy and makes us more stronger than before.
