pressure to some degree is not necessarily a bad thing. much pressure, however, is harmful to our well-being. Possible results are poor quality of sleep and weakening of memory. Besides, we may get tempersome and unable to communicate effectively with our parents and teachers. Those who have these problems may try to follow the suggestions below:
First, find out what exactly is making you anxious and stressed. Make a practical yet concrete plan on how to solve the problem. If you cannot do it yourself, resort to your friends and elders because they would be ready to help you.
Second, arrange your time well so you can take a rest . Watching a show or wandering in a park may help relieve your nerve. During recreation or rest , do not think of the pressure you are experiencing, instead, let your heart free at least for that period.
