There is no a instrument here similar to the one in your picture,so I can not tell how to adjust it.
Please refer to the method of our company to measure the temprature.(Showed in the picture)
Generally,tempratures measured by all instruments are not identical to that indicated on the Oven. The errors are permitted. (plus-minus 20 degrees)
