这是明显的可转让提单的收货人栏里的写法.只是这个转让权利是由不同的人决定的.
1.是由发货人的指示决定的
2.有XXX银行的指示决定的
3.由XXXX公司的指示决定的
总之,都是属于可转让提单.提单随着这些指示转让给相关的收货人,也预示着随着单证的不停背书转移而发生物权的转移.
