把插入语拿掉
做定语从句 完全 符合 语法 文法 习惯
但做强调句 就是 插进去的 拿出来 也自然成句 强调句是直接拆开句子 插进

所以 改成 定语从句

完全合适

强调句，把从either到technology砍掉，就能看出来
