with和as都有“随着……”之意,但是用法却决然不同.as是一个连词,后面能够接表示一个动态过程的完整的句子.如,As time goes by, the tree grows taller and taller. with是一个介词,后面只能接名词或动名词,常见的形式是在名词的后面加上分词.如,With time going by, the tree grows taller and taller.
