He did not pass the examination, it is a pity 我感觉要把it 改成which 只是感觉并不知道理由, 也不知道对错.望高人指点!

应该就是这样改,但which指代的不是the examination,而是He did not pass the examination这件事.并且这是个定语从句,逗号后面不能用that,所以是which.

it改为which。which引导非限定性定语从句，修饰整个句子。
意思是：他没有通过考试这件事是个遗憾。
