Please note that the abovementioned amount of ex-gratia is granted to and payable to you provided that you have not resigned from or terminated by the Company immediately prior to the payment of the ex-gratia in January 2007 and June 2007 respectively.
All withholding of tax and/or income tax liabilities arising from the ex-gratia should be borne by you.
Information regarding your increment and ex-gratia is personal to you and it should be kept strictly confidential.
