Mr .King had a few days’ holiday ,so he said to his wife ,“I’ m going to the city .” He put on his best clothes ,took a new book ,went to the train station and got onto a train .He was wearing a beautiful hat ,and often put his head out of the window and looked at the beautiful scenery (景色).Suddenly ,the wind blew his hat away .
Mr.King quickly took his new book and threw it out of the window ,too .Another person (人)in the train said
With a smile (微笑) ,“ Is your book going to bring your beautiful hat back ” “No,” Mr.King answered ,“but I haven’t written my name and address inside my hat while there’s my name and address in the new book .Someone’s going to find both of them near each other .Maybe he’s going to send me my new book and my beautiful hat .”
