7.在调查了解的基础上,首先进行投诉者和被投诉者或部门进行调解处理
8.如下投诉方面的内容超过办公室及工会权限,则及时向公司董事会报告
9.凡是投诉者提供的材料和最后处理调解结果,工会及时汇总存档备案
还有一句:3.凡是投诉要求超过处理权限,则报市级劳动仲裁部门处理.
