一般用法how it is & what it looks like
因为how已经包含了look like这层意思,所以how it looks like表达重复
如果是书面,必须用how it is & what it looks like
如果是口语,对外国人说how it looks like他们也不会在意

looks like 后面要接宾语，也就是物。这里应该是it looks like what 的说法，所以WHAT前置，就是D答案。How不能做宾语，不能选C
