Lately the documentary A Bite of China was shown on CCTV.Shortly after it was broadcast it quickly swept the Chinese cyberspace.The programme not only exhibits various Chinese foods,but also offers insights into philosophy and social changes.
Chinese food,not only has a long history and universal duties are rich in food ingredients and well-made.Chinese food is steamed rice dumplings with dumplings and Chinese cuisine is known as the four flavors and eight major culinary theories.Four flavors are:Shandong,Sichuan,Guangdong,humoring.Commonly refers to the eight Cuisine:Shandong cuisine,Sichuan cuisine,Hunan cuisine,Jiangsu cuisine,Zhejiang cuisine,Anhui cuisine,Guangdong cuisine and Fujian cuisine.So they are all very delicious plus have four major cuisines.
As a saying goes," You are what you eat,"The Chinese diet culture,pay attention to "color,flavor,taste," directly affected Japan,South Korea,Singapore and other countries,is the axis of the oriental culture circle.Nevertheless,also indirectly affect Europe,the Americas,Africa and Oceania.Chinese dietary culture benefits billions of people around the world.
In a word,the Chinese food culture is the material wealth and spiritual wealth of the world.
