2.Many women fell in love with him,but he turned them away.(turn away用对的吗）
对的,turn away 拒绝的意思,代词要放中间.
3.All of them wanted to drink it by himself.(himself?)
我觉得应该是themselves,不然,好像前后不一致.不知道是否有什么特殊的用法?
4.Carrots are easy to raise and easy to harvest.(rise可以吗）
不行,这里的raise是饲养的意思,rise没这个意思.只有在表示上升时,二者才可以互换.
5.For the best results,carrots should be grownin sandy soil that does not hold water for a long time.(不是应该用do吗?)
哪里改用do?that does not hold water for a long time是定语从句修饰soil的.
6.What would you think of this lady"s physical attractiveness if she exhibited bad personal character?(为什么不能用exhibits?有时候if不是可以那样用的吗?）
这要结合语境的,这里有虚拟的意思.

be + 形容词+ 及物动词 才对，rise 是不及物动词，不可。himself 是对的，因为这里是每个人亲自的意思，是一个人一个人的喝。强调个体动作。that 指代的是sandy soil ，是不可数名词，应该用单数的。
