My favorite hobby is yoga(瑜伽) because it is a kind of sport which can make you happy and beautiful from inside to the outside of you whole body,that is to say,it can make you slimmer and more energetic.It can also make you feel at ease and have no worry and stress.It is reported that yoga can cure diseases in some ways.so I have been tried yoga for many years in order to keep fit and I have benefited from it for a long time.I like it so I will go on with it forever.
