Sports is very helpful to our health.
For example,every morning,we can get up early and do some exercise such as running ,so we can breath the fresh air and have a good mood.In the afternoon,we can play pingpang or even volleyball or football to let ourselves feel suitable.
So do exercise everyday,then every day will be a wonderful day!
