incorrect (不对).This sentence is incomplete(不完整).How can you live a busy life with neither time nor energy.You have to add a phrase to explain no time and no energy for what?

仅按语法grammer来说，should we say"with no Sth and Sth" or "with no sth,no sth."

either way is ok.
example: no time and money; OR no time and no money, OR neither time nor money
