第一题,D.考查强调句.强调的是句子的主语.不是你读多少,而是你的什么很重要.count（vi)重要=be important
第二题,A .考查介词.attach...to...把..附加于..,把..联系在..上.广告通常使用一些人们把积极意义附加在上面的词汇来吸引.

D。it…that（who）强调句型。it与that连用时指人指物都可以，与who时只指人，具体用法就是在it和that（who）间加被修饰部分。
A.attach…to固定用法，句中介词提前，which作attach to的宾语
