We live in a world which science and technology is developing very quickly1.

Most of the scientists of the world can speak and read and write English,most of the important academic journals are in English,and all the international academic meeting use English8.
If we master English,we can go to any corner of the world to exchange with the people without know their mother language9.
We can say we are holding one of the very powerful weapon of study science10
