[摘要]我国零售业的变革还只是处于起步阶段,在加入WTO以后,我国经济改革及对外开放进一步深化,零售业市场的竞争更为激烈.在如此激烈的市场环境里,每个零售企业都会采取一定的竞争方式,使自己能生存与发展下去.由于价格的独特作用,价格竞争往往成为比较有效且广为使用的竞争形式.每个零售企业都的价格战形式层出不穷,琳琅满目,去应对市场的竞争.
零售企业所打的价格战,在某些方面有一定的积极作用,能使企业扩大市场占有率到扩大规模再到占据行业优势地位.但是,价格竞争是把双刃剑.提高企业的市场份额的同时,持续的恶性价格竞争也给零售企业已经零售业市场带来危害.从理论上深入分析零售企业价格竞争行为的成因,并找出其具体对策,具有极为重要的现实意义.
本文对目前我国零售市场的竞争形式做了一定阐述,介绍了目前零售企业普遍采用的价格竞争形式.重点分析了价格战的利弊以及价格战形成的原因,阐述持续的价格战是不利于企业的长久发展,并提出了如何抑制恶性价格战,以及零售企业应该选择非价格策略来应对各方面的竞争.

Abstract:The reform of retailing in our country has just reached a starting step.After entering WTO,under the futher deepening of our economic reform and opening-up,the competition in retailing market is even more severe.In this mariket,every retailing enterprise must take a certain kind of way of competition in order to survive and develop.Competition in price is always an effective and wide-accepted method for the particular effect of price.Every retailing enterprise has invented various method of price campaign to deal with competition.
Price campaign,in some way,is positive because it can enlarge the enterprice's rate of occupying market,then enlarge the size of enterprice itself,and at last seize the leading position of the whole business.But every coin has two sides.While enlarging the market share,consisting virulent competition in price has also done harm to retailing business.It is of great real meaning to analyze theoretically the cause of price campaign of retailing enterprises and find countermeasur.
This article mainly explains the competition methods of our retailing market,and introduces the method generally accepted by most companies.The main point is the advantage and disadvantage of price campaign,as well as its cause.It also raises an idea that consisting price campaign is bad for the long-term development of an enterprise,and suggests countermeasures to restrain it and that retailing enterprises should choose a non-price method to compete.
