否定或半否定副词置于句首 句子要完全倒装
所谓完全倒装 就是全部谓语要放在主语之前
你写的这两句话Not all of his friends 和Neither of her parents 都不是副词 所以不倒装
Not until twelve o'clock did she go to bed last night .
Seldom do I go to work by bus.
这两句才要倒装
