尝试设计一种比较简便的方法制备石墨烯.用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂为原料,以亚铁氰化钾、Na2CO3和NH4Cl为交换物;进行离子交换,高温煅烧处理制备石墨烯,通过对交换离子浓度的改变,在不同的条件下制备出石墨烯样品.用XRD、SEM和电化学分析仪对样品进行结构、谱学、形貌和电化学表征.结果表明:本课题所采用的方法只能制备出出低纯度的石墨烯,大部分还是石墨片.虽未成功制备出石墨烯,以后将会沿用本课题的基本思路——离子填充石墨层,高温分解,把层打开;继续研究,寻找合适的交换物和反应条件制备石墨烯.

Graphene has received a great deal of attention because of its many novel and unique physical and chemical properties .This paper presents the current status of graphene preparation ,characteristic and application. We make attempt to design anew and simple method to prepared graphene .The graphene was prepared from anion exc¬hange resin treated by potassium ferrocyanide, Na2CO3, NH4Cl and high temperature calcinations. The suitable condition can be found by exchanging concentration of rea¬ctant. The samples were characterized by using XRD SEM and potential technique. T¬he result suggest that the method just can prepare low-purity graphene,most of prod¬uct are graphite flake. Although high-purity graphene wasn’t prepared , the experime¬nt will be continue with the paper’s idea until finding suitable reactant and condition to prepare graphene.
