第一个应是in class..因为有无the是完全不同的意思.如in hospital(意为住院,只能是病人）,in the hospital （意为在医院,可以是医生或看望病人的人）
第二个应是on the desk, 没有on desk 的说法.
所以千万不能生造这类有无定冠的词组,有就是有,没有就是没有.
