let us是你让我们怎么怎么样吧（获得对方许可）
let's eating outside.咱们出去吃饭吧.（提议对方做某事,包括对方）
let us eating outside.你让我们出去吃饭吧.（请求对方同意,不包括对方）
再举个例子：
区别如下:
假如这里有三个人,我,爸爸,妈妈
我对妈妈说:mom,let us go to the park please.
意思是:妈妈,让我们(我和爸爸)去公园吧
但如果说:mom,let's go to the park,please.
意思就是:妈妈,让我们(我和爸爸妈妈)去公园吧.
