We received your letter/email of 20th December. It said that you guys have plan to distribut our bicycles. We are pleased to know it.
We appreciate your efforts in distributing our bicycles. Unfortunately, it's hard to accept your requirements that documentary against acceptance in 60 days. Usually, we agree with L/C at sight.
But according to the speeding the sale in your local market, we plan to accept D/C at sight for tendance.
Hope your company can accept this clause and hear from you soon.
