解析这两个句子的结果是不一样的所以第一个有are
第一个句子主语是the potato chips 后面要有动词的
但是第二个句子是表示命令的祈使句动词put开头直接可以用方位词就可以了例如 put your book on the desk吧你的书放在桌子上不能说成put your book is on the desk
