从下文 he went straight home,happy and relaxed “他高兴,轻松地径直赶回家”,可见主语“他”该做的练习都已经做完了,强调完成,要用过去分词做宾补
如果选A 的话,是将要完成,也就是未完成,与语境不符

B. with sth. done伴随着某事的完成 needed是修饰all the exercises 可以写成 with all the exercises (that are needed) finished ,...怎么看出that are needed纠正一下!!!!needed修饰exercises没错 但这里的needed 是adj. with后不能直接加adj. 但可以+n.+ad...
