neither..nor..是一个连词结构,可以连接两个并列的成分.
可以连接名词、动词、动词不定式、介词短语等.
如 neither he and i want to go a film
i can neither swim nor skate.=i can‘t swim or skate.楼主的例句为此种情况
he want neither to be a teacher nor to be a worker
he is neither in the classroom nor on the playground.
