楼上的答案不是太对,第二题要求用相互代词,即each other或one another,所以应该是:
Jack as well as(and就可以) his neighbors gave much aid to each other in the remote isolated village.
第一题英语分数词我实在是没懂……应该是用分数表示吧,英语中分数是前面（分子）用基数词,后面（分母）用序数词,当分子大于一时,分母要用复数.所以应该是：
Three tenths of the people in the little city were over sixty. 楼上的答案虽然是合成一句,但是用的是定语从句,而且是非限制性中间应该用逗号分开.
