写一篇英语作文 idea teacher

I don’t insist on my ideal teachers who are perfection,if only he/she can give us a relaxed learning atmosphere.Liking brother/sir can talk about the fresh things which are outside the classroom.Liking brother/sir can give us some inspires which are about how to learn english well.An ideal teacher not just has much knowledge,but also he/she should to know how to educate his/her students well in a good way.In my opinion,I can not care his/her experience ,but we can gain what we need from him/her .Then what we need on earth?First ,we can exchange our own view with each other,as if we are the relation of companies.Second,we should respect each other.I think the point of view that many person assume as a matter course,but it is necessary to be emphasized.Third ,because most of the teachers are different time of life,I approve that it may appear the crack of generation .I hope that the brother/sir can understand us who have our own fond of things in our age,and we must learn to admire each other.
