As we all know,nothing can be done with an unhealthy body.Therefore,i have made up my mind to follow a strict schedule.For example,i will do some exercice such as jogging,swimming and so on at least 30 minutes.When i am in trouble,my family and my friends always give me a hand to help me get rid of various difficulties.So i will spend more time communicating with mu family and pay more attention to my friends.If they are down,i wll be always ready to encourage them.As a student,one of the most important things that we must do is studying.I will be patient with all the problems even though they are too difficult.I wll be humble to ask teachers and classmates who can work out the problem about which i am confused.
