在图书馆里大声喧哗的英语作文

Dear librarian,
I have writen to complain about students talking loudly in the library reading section.
This afternoon,when I was reading on the third floor,I heard two students having a heated discussion on a math problem at a nearby table.A lot of other readers were looking at them but no one stood out to stop them.And I saw a librarian passed by who obviously heard the noise but did nothing and went on organizing the books!I couldn't bear it no more so I told them to quiet down,but they told me to mind my own bussiness and went on.And no one said a word for me!
I am very dissatisfied with what happened,especially the inaction of the librarians.Library is a place where people quietly read and study,a public environment where everyone's interest should be equally viewed.If everyone should use the library they want,then no one will want to go to the library again.In public places,we should all follow the rules.
And I believe it is within the responsibility of the library to stand out when someone is breaking the rules and affecting others.No one has better authority than an librarian to stop the people breaking the rules of the library.It is one of the reason what librarians are for.And this is not a lot to ask,since this does not happen that often and most people wouldn't argue when they are pointed out.
I hope such thing will not happen again.If it should happen,I wish all stuff members of the library would have a better sense of responsibility as they come across it.
