“Consumers say they want to eat healthy, but their behaviour tends to be slightly different.” He adds: “We have pride in fried, we’re a fan of the pan.”

形容词作名词必须加定冠词.如果不加定冠词而作“名词”,那就不是形容词作名词,而是省略.

你这段话里的healthy, fried都是形容词,只是省略了foods

healthy=healthy foods;fried=fried foods

当然有! 夸克著《英语语法大全》 “Consumers say they want to eat healthy, but their behaviour tends to be slightly different.” He adds: “We have pride in fried, we’re a fan of the pan.” “顾客们说:他们想吃健康的食品,但他们的习惯倾向略有不同”他又说:“我们青睐油炸食品。我们是煎锅的粉丝。”
