可以.
如果 be going to 表示将要做什么而不是正要去哪里的话,后面可以跟go to.
例如 He is going to go to the party.（他准备要去那个聚会.）
如果 be going to 表示正要去哪里,后面不可以跟go to.
例如 He is going to the party.（他正在去那个聚会的路上.）
