先不管这个中文翻译,请问上面的那个英语表诉有不对的地方吗?放在英语作文里会扣分吗?

从这张图表中我们可以看到，有些人在世界中正在做着令人思考的事情，这样的场景不断地

这句英语表诉有不对，或者不地道的地方吗？

英语表诉没有什么不对的地方
只是前面“in the world”放的位置取决于你的突出点
突出“the characters”,就是你的这种表述：the characters in the world are doing something thought-stimulating.
突出“in the world”,可以这样说：In the world of the characters are doing something thought-stimulating.

the characters感觉不对我觉得这样表述好点：As we can see from the chart, the person of the world, who are doing something thought- stimulating and this will enlighten us persistently.

我不太想改得太多，请问 the characters 改成 some people，大概就可以吗？这样： As we can see from the chart,some people in the world are doing something thought- stimulating and this will enlighten us persistently.

楼主觉得奇怪的原因是不是因为后面的合成词是自己写的？
thought-stimulating和thought-stimulatied做后置定语都怪怪的···
我觉得直接用已有的词thought-provoking通顺点。meaningful我觉着也行。
一家之见，等待大神的回答。
